ABERDEEN – Tawina Koshay Westbrook, 28, of Aberdeen was arrested by the Monroe County Sheriff Office on Oct. 22, 2012.

Westbrook is charged with ID theft and unlawful production of ID cards.

According to a statement from the MCSO, Westbrook is accused of taking a state income tax check from a resident of Monroe County and using a fake ID to cash the check at a business in Aberdeen. This incident took place in April of 2012.

Westbrook is currently being held at Monroe County Detention Center.

Bond has not been set for Westbrook yet.
