Jason L. Pannell, 34, of Houlka, was arraigned in Lee County Justice Court Tuesday afternoon.
Lee County sheriff's deputies charged him with culpable negligence manslaughter after recreating the Sept. 1 two-vehicle collision that resulted in the death of Earlie Rogers, 80, of Shannon.
The vehicles driven by Rogers and Pannell collided at the intersection of County Roads 506 and 300.
