MSU forward Sullivan earns SEC soccer honor

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State soccer forward Elisabeth Sullivan was chosen SEC Player of the Week on Friday.

Sullivan, a junior from Memphis, scored two of the Bulldogs' three goals, including the game-winner in the second overtime to lead MSU to a 3-2 win against Ole Miss on Thursday.

Sullivan also set a new school record with her 23rd career goal. Her 28 total points rate as the second-best tally in Bulldog history.
