People mill around outside McKinney’s Fashion at 606 N. Gloster St.
The business has extensive damage from the crash. Shattered glass and bricks were strewn about after the accident. No one inside the building was injured.
The dress shop is in the same building with a hair salon and barber shop.
Building owner Lola McKinney was at the scene shortly after the accident. "One of my workers was here" in the dress shop, she said. "I'm just thankful he wasn't hurt."
The Tupelo Police Department is investigating the crash.
