Staggs Interiors has been helping people live more comfortably since 1976. “We’re the ones who can come into an existing house and we do everything,” said co-owner Kelly Holcomb.

The design staff does everything from hanging art on the walls to completely renovating a room.

“When we walk out, it’s done,” Holcomb said.

Holcomb takes on small projects with small budgets and bigger projects with bigger budgets. Staggs has been in business for so long that the store is working with its third generation of customers.

The store’s main entrance leads into its showroom. Staggs sells furniture, art, lamps, accessories, decorative pieces, gift items and linens. It also does custom orders. Plus, Staggs sells tile, carpet, wood floors, reclaimed wood floors, oriental rugs and wallpaper. It has a large sample area Holcomb said is the brainstorming area of the store.

In addition, the store does interior paint and exterior brick consultations.

Staggs also will accompany homeowners to lighting stores and cabinet stores.

“We want all parts of it looking good,” he said.
