Mississippi State drops in both football polls

Following a 38-13 loss Saturday to Texas A&M Mississippi State has dropped in both national polls. MSU is No. 22 in The Associated Press poll and No. 23 in the USA Today Coaches poll.

The Bulldogs (7-2, 3-2 SEC) head to Baton Rouge this weekend to take on No. 5 LSU. The Bulldogs haven’t won there since 1991.

LSU is coming off a 21-17 loss to Alabama. The Crimson Tide remains No. 1 in the AP poll for the 10th straight week.
