STARKVILLE - Mississippi State's baseball game with South Carolina slated for Friday night at Dudy Noble Field has been cancelled due to rain. The teams will play at doubleheader Saturday at one of two times, depending on the outcome of today's MSU-USC men's basketball game in the Southeastern Conference Tournament.

If the Bulldogs defeat the Gamecocks today in Tampa, Saturday's baseball twinbill will begin at 3 p.m. CT. If State falls to USC in hoops this afternoon, Saturday's DH will start at 2 p.m. CT.
