BOONEVILLE – Two parents were charged with parental kidnapping after their arrest last Friday in Prentiss County.

James Lamar Hamilton, 43, and Kimberly Hamilton, 27 were charged with three counts of kidnapping by the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
