ABERDEEN — A change of plea hearing is scheduled for Jan. 16 for a man charged in a child pornography case.

Michael Ryan Dye is charged in with enticing a minor to make child pornography and possession of child pornography. He was indicted in March and pleaded not guilty.

The change for plea hearing is scheduled to take place in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen.

The indictment says Dye committed the crimes in early 2011.
