Lady Bulldogs back home seeking first SEC victory

Mississippi State’s women will seek their first SEC win when they host Florida at 7 p.m. today.

The Lady Bulldogs (8-7, 0-2 SEC) have lost two in a row, most recently a 60-46 setback to South Carolina. Kendra Grant scored 15 points in the loss, and she leads MSU on the season with 12.5 points per game.

Florida (12-4, 1-1) is coming off a 77-72 win over LSU. The Gators are paced Jennifer George, who’s averaging 14.6 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.

Tonight’s game will be televised by Fox Sports Florida.
