Henning earned bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Georgia and has more than 20 years of experience in hospital operations. He most recently served with Quorum Health Resources, with responsibility for 11 hospitals in four states.

He will oversee all hospital projects, including the new hospital built in Oxford.”
Henning and his wife, Jan, have three daughters.
