Agents discovered several individually packaged crack cocaine rocks inside Gillespie's apartment during the search warrant, according to the Sheriffs department.
Agents also served him with two arrest warrants for the sale of crack cocaine as the result of this investigation.
These charges could possibly be enhanced due to the fact of the proximity of Gillespie's residence to the Verona Elementary School.
