ASHLAND – The town of Ashland has filed a corrected response to an objection filed by Michael Carroll of Ashland regarding the Dec. 18, 2012, election concerning liquor sales and possession within the city limits of the town.
During the election, the proposal to allow the legal sale and/or possession of liquor within the city limits was defeated 120-109. Carroll states alleged irregularities constitute grounds for holding a new election. The newest document filed denies wrongdoing.
