Lafayette officials to release autopsy results Tuesday

OXFORD – Lafayette County Coroner Rocky Kennedy said a body of a black male that was discovered outside of Oxford on Sunday has been identified and the mode of death was established during an autopsy on Monday.

Investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department on Monday night promised release of the man’s identity and some other details on Tuesday.
