A semitrailer overturned on Eason Boulevard Thursday morning.
The semitrailer is blocking the eastbound lane of traffic on Eason Boulevard on the east side of the South Green Street intersection.
Emergency crews were on scene using a tow truck to turn the truck upright.
An officer on the scene said the scene could be clear by 11 a.m.
