The Oxford Eagle reports that the reward in the case of McKenzie Darrell Frierson, who was found dead in a creek near FNC Park on March 2 after he was reported missing a month by his family is now $5,800.
The reward is offered by the Lafayette County Crimestoppers and local churches.
The reward now stands at $6,000 in the case of Frank Bowie, who was found shot to death in his car off a county road in January of 2010. Bowie's body was discovered in his car about a half-mile from his home.
The reward is offered by Crimestoppers, Bowie's family and a private donor.
