The Mantachie Lady Mustangs went into the playoffs as division champs. After going 6-0 in division and a first round by, the Lady Mustangs hosted the Hatley Lady Tigers.

Game one of the double header was a pitcher's duel. Lexie Williams was on the hill for the Lady Mustangs, and she threw a complete game four hitter.

However, the Lady Tigers capitalized on the Lady Mustangs' mistakes and plated three runs in the top of the sixth.

The three runs proved to be the difference in the game as the Lady Tigers captured game one 3-0.

After a short break, the teams took the field again for game two.

Hatley didn't wait six innings to score a run in game two as they plated a run on a RBI single up the middle.

The Lady Mustangs answered in the bottom of the second on a RBI double down the left field line by Mallory Beaty.

The game remained tied at 1-1 until the top of the fifth when Hatley plated two runs on a bases loaded single to center.

Hatley added another run to their lead in the top of the sixth to take a 4-1 lead.

An error and a wild pitch allowed the Lady Tigers to score a run in the top of the seventh, giving them a 5-1 lead.

The Lady Mustangs were unable to answer as they went three up, three down in the bottom of the seventh to end their season.
