Ladner's contract extension is for one year and will now last through the 2012 season. A spokesman could not confirm whether the coach will get a raise and the school did not release her salary.
She led the Rebels to an 18-15 season and an appearance in the Women's NIT last season.
The coach says she's "thrilled" with the extension.
