“Laura had a super senior season and helped her team make a very deep run in the playoffs,” said Case, who is set to begin his third season at the helm of the softball program at ICC. “We’re so excited to have Laura in our family and we expect her to come in here and help us out immediately.”
Mitchell was credited with 17 of Mooreville’s 21 victories this past spring and she follows another former Lady Troopers star, Rachel Tally, who signed last summer with Itawamba and started nearly every game this past spring at ICC and helped the Lady Indians capture a school record 30 victories.
