Itawamba Community College coach Rick Collier shows area baseball players from ages 6-12 the proper way to stand in the batter’s box. The one-day camp was put on by the Tupelo Park and Recreation Department. Area residents will begin to see a massive influx of baseball and softball players next week in Tupelo. The city is hosting the 10- and 12-year old Dizzy Dean World Series tournaments as well as the USSSA girls Softball World Series for ages 8-19.
