Morgan Freeman
A case management order filed today in the Northern District of Mississippi sets the jury trial in Oxford before Chief Judge Michael P. Mills.
Demaris L. Meyer sued Freeman last February, claiming it was his fault when Meyer's car, driven by Freeman, left the road on Highway 32 late at night Aug. 3, 2008.
Freeman denies it was his fault and said Meyer assumed risk when she got into the vehicle.
Both were injured in the accident.
