Disbarred attorney William Catledge of Tupelo will report to prison Jan. 4 to serve a 35 month sentence for income tax and mail fraud.

Catledge was sentenced today by Judge Neal Biggers Jr. He also will pay nearly $1 million in restitution to the IRS and to financial institutions.
