Tea Party rally set for Saturday in Starkville

STARKVILLE - A Tea Party rally is set for Saturday at the Starkville Sportsplex building on Lynn Lane.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and is expected to last until 11:30 a.m. The building can hold 1,000 people, and organizers of the Columbus and Starkville Tea Party groups expect a near-capacity crowd.

The main speaker will be Fox News political analyst Angela McGlowan. Dr. Ken Ley, a surgical oncologist from Jackson, and others will discuss health care, religious freedom, immigration, voter fraud, excessive spending and other issues.
