NEW ALBANY – Rodney Windham, 23, of 1214 County Road 146, New Albany, was arrested Wednesday by officers from the Union County Sheriff’s Department and the Vulnerable Adult Unit of the Attorney General’s Office on two counts of exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

Windham’s bond was set at $22,000, but the Mississippi Department of Corrections placed a hold on his release. If convicted, each count could impose as much as 10 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

Windham was related to his alleged victims, an Attorney General’s Office spokesman said.
