Lackey, of 2016 Winfield Drive, was arrested Thursday as a result of a joint effort by Tupelo police and the Mississippi Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. Capt. Chuck Bunn said investigators used a combination of new technologies to track down Lackey.
Two computers taken from the residence are being analyzed, according to Bunn.
Lackey’s bond was set at $50,000.
