‘Illuscination’ circus opens today at arena

Gwirtzman to perform different instruments

Balloon festival starts Friday at Ballard Park
- The Up, Up & Away Hot Air Balloon Festival will be 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Ballard Park.
