The multi-sport standout athlete lead the Lady Wildcats in scoring (20 ppg), rebounding (10.5 rpg) rebounds, and blocked shots (2 bpg). She scored a career-high 41 points in a 56-43 win over West Oktibbeha last season.
The 6’1 southpaw is currently batting .767 with 17 walks, four triples, seven doubles, six home runs, and 49 RBI. McIntosh has also earned two-straight state championships in shot put and will be going for her third later this month.
“I’m excited about going to ICC because it’s a good school,” said McIntosh. “I look forward to working with Coach Gray and Coach Case to become a better player.”
She will be keeping a family tradition alive when she suits up for the Lady Indians next season.
Wesley, her brother, averaged 8.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per game as a sophomore for Coach Marty Cooper and the Indians to earn a spot on the MACJC North All-Star team.
