Ricky Leland Wheeler, 50, and Christi Portillo, 38, were arrested after deputies executed a search warrant at Wheeler's home at 4525 Highway 25 South on Monday. Deputies claimed to have discovered a shake-and-bake meth lab as well as meth precursors.
Wheeler is a drug court participant. Both are charged with possession of precursors with intent to manufacture meth.
The two are held being held in the Itawamba County Jail without bond.
