UPDATE: One injured in overturned vehicle accident

TUPELO – A woman was taken to the North Mississippi Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries after her car rolled over on Highway 45 south bound near the Eason Boulevard exit earlier today.

Tupelo Police said the woman tried to swerve to miss another vehicle and lost control of her car causing it to rollover.

The accident occurred about 10:50 a.m.
