OXFORD — The trial for an FBI agent charged with lying about ownership of an Oxford building has been rescheduled for Nov. 8 in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen.
Hal Neilson was indicted in January on five counts that he allegedly failed to report his interest in the Oxford FBI Building and then lied about it. Neilson has pleaded not guilty and is free on bond.
