Former Tupelo Elvis Presley Festival headliner Lucero is returning to the area for a gig Saturday night. Lucero is on tour to promote its latest album, “1372 Overton Park.” The alt-country band from Memphis will perform at The Lyric Oxford at 9 p.m. Saturday. Latest GumTree exhibit features Vogels’ art
