A filing in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen says Clint Mann was scheduled for a change of plea hearing on Wednesday. His father Don is scheduled for one Friday. They pleaded not guilty in August.
Court records say they conspired to hide transactions related to a loan for cattle from the Farm Service Agency in 2005.
The indictment says Clint Mann submitted false invoices to make it appear he purchased cattle when he had not. It also says he sold cattle that were considered FSA collateral, but failed to report those sales.
Don Mann is accused of arranging for a fake invoice.
