Bell is approximately 6’1 and weighs 175 lbs. Bell is wanted for questioning in reference to several burglaries of residences and commercial buildings in Monroe County. Bell is also wanted by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
The MCSO is also searching for Kelby G. Carter, 27, of Amory. Carter is approximately 5’7 and weighs 145 lbs. Carter is also wanted for questioning in reference to the same burglaries as Bell.
These subjects may be together. We are asking if the public has any information to the whereabouts of these subjects they contact Monroe County Sheriff Department 369-2468. All assistance is appreciated.
