The branch, at 7670 Highway 15 North, is open 9 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
The bank employs five at the full-service branch, which also has a drive-through and ATM.
First National Bank of Pontotoc opened a temporary location last October shortly after BancorpSouth closed its branch.
The permanent location officially opened Oct. 1.
