Joshua Brandon Pillault of Oxford was charged in October with making threats against the school in a chat room conversation while playing an online game. The threats were reported by a fellow player in Virginia.
His arraignment is set to take place in U.S. District Court in Oxford.
Court records say Pillault recently had a mental examination, but the findings were not make public.
