Tupelo police release arrest information in two cases

A 20-year-old Tupelo man is facing motor vehicle theft charges after being arrested at this home on Ida Street Tuesday.

Lavoris Clayton, who was out on two previous bonds, is in the Lee County Jail on a $500,000 bond.

In another case, Meaghan Anderson, 20, and Antonio Hoover, 25, are facing armed robbery after being arrested Tuesday.

Police said the two are accused of robbing a person in the parking lot

Kilgore's Supermarket on South Gloster Street in December.

No bond has been set for either Anderson or Hoover.
