Joshua Brandon Pillault, through his attorney, filed a second motion to delay on Tuesday, saying his defense depends upon further analysis of computer material seized by investigators at his residence.
The material “is expected to be delivered shortly,” their three-page motion notes.
The government has no objection to the delay, the motion adds.
Last January, Pillault pleaded not guilty to the two-count federal indictment accusing him of the attack plot.
Originally, his trial was set to begin Feb. 25 before Chief Judge Michael P. Mills.
