Wednesday, Jason Brandon Pillault was granted a local examination against government wishes to have him tested at a U.S. Bureau of Prisons facility.
Chief U.S. District Judge Michael P. Mills granted the request with results to be kept under seal.
Depending on the results, Mills wrote, prosecutors may ask for more testing under BOP direction.
Pillault, about 20, of Oxford was arrested Oct. 8 after the FBI said it received information that he made threats against OHS over the Internet.
He allegedly threatened a Columbine-style attack against the school in April to mark the Colorado massacre’s anniversary.
